Account Recovery Service, Inc was started in 1987 by its President, Charles A. Worgull.  Having been an active member in local and national Collection Agency Associations for over 35 years, his experience and knowledge of the industry have contributed immensely to the success of ARS. 

His former experience includes: President of SE Credit Association, Patient Accounts Manager for Trinity Memorial Hospital, and on the Management Staff of the Medical Society for Milwaukee County.  

ARS, Inc. started as a small venture with Chuck and one part time employee.  Within 3 years the company landed on the Business Journal’s list of the top 25 Milwaukee Area Collection Agencies.  Three years later it rose to number 10 and since that time, ARS has grown into a top producing company with over 30 employees.  On average, ARS collects over $6,000,000 annually.
